PuppyKitchen is a mobile idle cooking tycoon. You run a tiny kitchen with a cute puppy (and animal friends), serve dishes at a gentle pace, and let the day unfold without a timer shouting at you. Healing more than high-score.

FAQ

How is my game data saved?

By linking your account (Apple / Google), your game data is saved in the cloud and can be restored if you switch devices. Until you link an account, progress is kept with your anonymous Player ID on that device and cloud save.

I purchased an item but didn’t receive it.

Write to us with your purchase receipt or transaction ID. We’ll verify with the store and grant the items as quickly as we can. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies.

My rewarded ad finished but I didn’t get the reward.

Close and reopen the game, then check again. If it’s still missing, tell us the approximate time and what reward you expected.

The game crashes or freezes.

Update to the latest version, restart your device, and try again. If it continues, note when it happens (startup, after ads, after purchase) when you write to us.

How do I delete my account / data?

In the app: Settings → Delete Account (two-step confirmation). You can also email privacy@thecrava.com with your Player ID. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I installed from an ad and something looks different.

Ads may highlight features or pacing for illustration. Gameplay and purchases always follow what you see in the live app. If something feels wrong, tell us what the ad showed versus what you see in-game.
